A vehicle display area has been reserved for vendors who wish to display their emergency vehicles; please note on your registration form the number of vehicles your company is planning to display.

Do you have direct marketing material that you would like to reach every attendee? Then sign up for this option to have it included in our conference packets. This is a great way to connect with WFCA members even if you are unable to attend conference.

The program will begin with a plated luncheon during which a PowerPoint presentation will continuously loop slides of all lunch sponsors. Members will enjoy their lunch for 15 minutes and once the meal clatter subsides, we will call on a representative from each sponsor’s company to address the group. During each presentation, 3 slides selected by your company will be featured on the screen. You will also have an opportunity to draw for door prizes if you wish to do so.

There is one spot left in the 2026 Fire Service Calendar. This calendar is a printed advertising option we are distributing at Conference. Using pictures from our Fire Service Photo Contest, we are creating a Fire Service Calendar to give to fire commissioners, chiefs, and administrators. Each month will include a sponsor area for associate members to showcase their logo and few sentences about themselves.
